Exchanges and Return Policy

Carosweat offers refunds within 14 days of your purchase for all orders made on our website except for sale items or purchases made with a promo code. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags.  

The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the store credit can be issued.

Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items. The return address is:
